A loom that sings. Performers sit across from each other, their body weight providing tension for an adapted backstrap loom. As weaving unfolds, an intricate tapestry of sound builds from folk fragments, mechanical loom sounds, archival recordings and singing. A vulnerable, playful act remembering lost weaving traditions.
