Aubergine, crème fraiche and ricotta pizza; tomato, nduja and sweetcorn pizza; prosciutto, comté and bread and butter pickles sandwiches. Sweet offerings include blueberry and raspberry ricotta cake, plum and hazelnut bakewell tarts, chocolate and cherry tarts, blueberry and cardamom sun buns, and 100% wholemeal tin loaves.
